I routinely receive photos, a handful of rough tape-measure notes and the occasional LiDAR or drone scan of single-family yards. From that material I need a clean, well-organized 3D file that captures only the basic layout—no hyper-detailed plants or furniture, just an exterior yard mock-up accurate enough for the next stage of planning. Photos will be the primary reference, so you’ll need a solid eye for interpreting perspective and scaling from imagery. When extra data arrive (point clouds or CSV measurements) you’re free to fold them in, but the photo set must drive the geometry.
