I am looking to open a cafe in a city center location targeting students and young professionals. Ideally the cafe should be medium sized with between 21 and 50 seats. This cafe should provide a comfortable environment where students can come in and feel welcome, whether they want to stay and study, relax with friends, or take a quick break.
