I’m looking for a licensed U.S. CPA or Enrolled Agent who can take full ownership of this year’s workload: 40 individual Form 1040 returns plus 10 business filings split between Form 1120 and Form 1065. For every return—personal or business—I need the whole cycle handled: preparation, a professional review, electronic filing, and, where applicable, amendments to prior-year submissions. That includes all three tasks (prepare, review, file) for the partnership Forms 1065 and the same three tasks for the individual 1040s. Because you will be signing as paid preparer, an active PTIN and up-to-date state licensure are essential.
