i have a software "windows" to update chartplotter from pc. there is the boot and bin file in the software folder. the BIN file that i upload from chip is different than "c1650e" BIN file in the software. when i check i found that the chip BIN is inside "c1650e" BIN. i want to create a dongle for create a new "1650e" BIN regarding another chip BIN file.
