My company needs a software that can take care of scheduling 180 employees into 44 different shifts. The normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours per day and 5 hours on Saturday with any time after normal calculated at 1.5. Sunday work is calculated at double time, so overtime should not exceed 30 hours 1.5 per week. Each shift should be 8 hours and each shift should have 3-6 employees in it.
