Hello there, I signed a contract with a label that after two push back dates was cancelled 10 days before the had told me that everything is taken care of and that I can release the song with whoever I wanted.I decided to release it by myself and the date is set for this looking at a site called Beatport which is a site for electronic dance music I was dumfounded to see my song on their page for I reached out the them to get an explanation they told me that it is their distributors fault and that anyhow the song is not for sale,that was a lie as I paid for the song and downloaded all this I have proof and I am looking to sue them as this a breach of contract and it damages my upcoming release as well and its you please help?
