I run several short-term rentals that operate in Colombia time, and I need an Airbnb specialist who can take full ownership of three key areas: • Dynamic pricing – I rely on PriceLabs in combination with Guesty, so each listing must be reviewed daily, adjusted to market shifts, and synced perfectly with Airbnb’s own tools. Your job is to keep occupancy high while protecting average nightly rate, using competitor signals and seasonality. • Guest relations – Every inquiry, booking change, or complaint has to be answered quickly in both English and Spanish.
