• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media • Meeting weekly enrolment / revenue targets. • Selling of our products online through online marketing portals • Inventory Management, monitor pricing and ensure all customers get the best pricing to meet their needs at all times. • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. • Manage customer issues ensuring 100% customer satisfaction including but not limited to telephone and email follow up
