I am looking for a freelancer with experience in Python coding for a project related to dynamic thermodynamics. The specific task I need the Python code to perform is simulation. I have some preferred libraries or tools that I would like the freelancer to use in the code, and I would also like extensive commenting within the code. Please let me know if you have the experience to do this project.

Overview As space travel extends to greater duration and distance, missions may require a propellant refill in space. To achieve this, spacecraft may require larger tanks and efficient refueling along with tanks that have the capability of isolating propellant from ullage fluid (a gas and vapor mixture) during a vent. The goal of this Challenge is to develop a novel solution for the venting of ullage contents from a partially full propellant tank, in microgravity, with minimal loss of propellant.
