I’m kicking off a series of early-learning projects and the very first deliverable I need is a short, catchy rhymes video built entirely with animated characters. The target audience is toddlers aged 1–3, so the visuals must be bright, simple, and engaging, with clear repetition and plenty of on-screen movement to hold their attention. Here’s what I have in mind: • Length: around 2–3 minutes—long enough to teach the rhyme, short enough to replay. • Look & feel: friendly 2D or 3D animation in a soft colour palette; think big shapes, expressive faces, no visual clutter. • Sound: cheerful background music, clean voice-over with perfect diction, subtle SFX to highlight actions. • Final files: full-resolution HD (1080p) video plus the project source files so I can update lyrics later if needed. I’ll provide the rhyme lyrics and a rough outline of the scenes. I’d like you to handle storyboarding, character design, animation, voice casting/recording, and final editing. You’re welcome to work in After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, or any tool you prefer—just deliver a polished, ready-to-publish clip. If this goes smoothly, the next phases will include creating a matching kids’ drawing book and a tracing book, so think of this as the start of an ongoing partnership.
