Cartoon Jelly Headshot Illustration

I want a clean, digital illustration that shows a fictional character from the shoulders up, rendered in a cute cartoon style with that glossy, “soft-jelly” finish you see in modern character art. Think rounded edges, gentle gradients, and a bit of candy-like shine so the piece feels almost squeezable. My ideal file is high-resolution (3000×3000 px or larger) on a transparent background, and I would like the layered source file as well (PSD, Procreate, or Clip Studio is fine). Two minor adjustment rounds after the first draft should be plenty for me to fine-tune color and expression.
