For the mixed-media look, do you want scanned inks/paper for authentic line and halftone/watercolor blocks, or procedural textures in comp—and which manga panels must stay 1:1 versus being re-boarded for TV pacing? Adopt a color-managed pipeline (ACEScct or Rec.709 2.4) with a show LUT and a shared texture library (paper, ink bleed, halftone) to keep the hand-made feel consistent across episodes and platforms. Stand up lightweight shot tracking and a reusable AE comp template (2.5D multiplane rigs, camera presets, FX stacks) to speed iteration, enforce naming, and improve reliability.
