My background is in motion graphics, 2D animation and creative direction, with more than 14 years of experience producing animated and educational content. For a 10–12 minute training video like this, I’d focus heavily on the main character. Since the story follows one child, the facial expressions, body language, pauses and emotional changes need to carry the narrative. I’d keep the visual style colourful and approachable, but still grounded and realistic enough for the foster-care subject matter. I also understand that cultural accuracy matters here. I wouldn’t improvise pronunciation or culturally specific visual details. I’d work from the references you provide and keep those elements respectful and consistent with the training material. Given the Monday-afternoon deadline, I can prioritise the production immediately. I’d first lock the voice timing and scene structure, then build the animation around that rather than trying to adjust a finished animation to the narration afterward.
