Ready to start immediately. 1) What are the target platforms and performance budget (SVGA canvas size, max file size, fps), and do scenes need full-bleed or transparent backgrounds for overlay? 2) How should interactivity work—single seamless loop or scene-based triggers (tap/scroll)—and which animal behaviors/object physics (head turns, gaze, fur detail, parallax shadows) are mandatory? Rig animals with mesh/bone deformation and subtle procedural noise to deliver realistic micro-movements at low frame counts, minimizing file size without losing life. Split the animation into modular SVGA segments loaded on demand, with adaptive quality variants so low-end devices stay >30fps while high-end devices get higher fidelity. Action Plan: - Discovery: finalize specs, device matrix, refs; rough storyboard. - Styleframes + 5–10s motion test to lock look/realism. - Rigging: parallax backgrounds, props, animal rigs; vector/bitmap mix. - Animation: block → polish (secondary motion, eye darts, soft shadows). - Optimization: atlas packing, compression, loop tuning; size/fps variants; device profiling. - QA + Delivery: multi-device checks, trigger timing, seamless loops; handoff .svga + MP4/GIF previews, thumbnails, integration notes; include relevant realistic samples.
