Bathroom & Kitchen CAD Drawings Model

I need to recreate page 18 of the attached document. I need complete 2-D shop drawings and a fully detailed 3-D model for the kitchen. Every dimension you’ll need is already called out in the document I attached, so the job starts with translating those measurements into clean, construction-ready plans. Please build the 3-D model in Sketchup and use D5 Render for textures, woods, paints etc. The shop drawings will then go through AutoCAD. I want to play with some of the colours and measurements. I’m looking for a level of detail that goes beyond simple fixture placement; finishes, fittings, and texture mapping all have to match the real-world scheme I’ll provide once we start. I already have the exact tile, countertop, joinery, and plumbing specifications, so you’ll be able to work from an itemized material list rather than guesswork.
