I need as-built drawings for an existing 30' x 42' open pole barn on 6x6 P.T. wood posts used for equipment storage. The previous owner did not get a building permit for the barn. Polk county code enforcement is requiring me to provide an engineer stamped as-built of the existing pole barn before they will issue me a permit to install a concrete slab on grade. The walls show in the pictures will be removed and barn left open.
