**Title:** CNC DXF Nesting & Layering for Sheet Plastic (48" x 96") **Description:** We CNC route sheet plastic and are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM freelancer to handle part nesting and file preparation. **Scope of Work:** * 14 individual DXF files (1 file per part) * Each part has a required production quantity * Nest parts onto 48" x 96" sheets as efficiently as possible (minimize total sheet usage) * Maintain **minimum 1/2" spacing** between all parts and sheet edges * Create **multiple nested DXF sheets** as needed to fulfill total quantities **Layer Requirements:** Each output file must be properly layered for CNC routing: * Thru cuts * Non-thru cuts / pocketing * Part borders / profiles **Deliverables:** * Nested DXF files (one per sheet layout) * Clean, organized layers ready for CNC routing * Efficient material utilization (this is very important) **Ideal Candidate:** * Strong understanding of nesting for material optimization * Familiar with tools like VCarve, Aspire, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar * Attention to detail **Notes:** we want as many nested DXF files as needed **optimized nesting to reduce material waste**
