Before any cutting begins on the workshop’s CNC plasma, I need a clean, ready-to-cut flat pattern that unfolds the cone accurately, includes all seam allowances, and clearly marks bend lines, notches, and any overlap for TIG welding. Send me: • A fully dimensioned 2D pattern in DWG or DXF • A PDF print for quick shop reference • A short note on the development method you used (SolidWorks sheet-metal feature, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.) so my team can reproduce it later if we tweak the angles.
