I have a concept sketch for a minimalist, 7-tier metal shoe rack and now need it translated into production-ready files. Every component will be cut from sheet metal and then formed, so I must receive clean, laser-friendly DXF files along with clear bend drawings that specify angles, bend radii, and finished dimensions. Here’s what I expect to walk away with: • One DXF per unique flat pattern, nested efficiently and ready for import into a laser or water-jet CAM program. • A matching set of bend drawings (PDF or native CAD) showing side views, bend lines, K-factor or bend allowance notes, and any necessary assembly call-outs. • A brief assembly overview so the fabricator can see how the tiers stack and fasten together. The files must open flawlessly in common CAD packages (Solid works/inventor) without broken curves or stray layers, and all dimensions must be metric. If you already have a parametric model started, even better—just let me know. Otherwise, please work from the sketches I’ll supply immediately after award. A quick turnaround is ideal, but I can accommodate your workflow as long as we stay in close communication.

I have worked extensively with sheetmetal parts and assembly, therefore, I deeply understand your requirements for this project. I can have you this package ready in 5 days from the day project is awarded. On the technical side, - will this be all slot or snap fitted or welded or mixture of both? - If welded then what size and type of weld are we allowed to use? - What size of angle do you have available already? - What is your preferred sheetmetal thickness? It’s important for me to know if we can use already available materials or convenient and cheaper to procure. Moreover, I am experienced but new on this platform.
