Horticulture Site Layout Specifications

I need a clear, professional set of drawings and notes that capture every measurement for a new horticulture area larger than 1 000 m². The core request is site measurements—accurate, survey-style dimensions that I can hand straight to landscape contractors and plant suppliers. The design will ultimately feature two plant groups only: • Flowers and ornamental plants • Trees and shrubs With those focuses in mind, the measurement package must let me: • Mark out dedicated beds, borders, and tree lines • Allocate paths, service zones, and an irrigation main line • Reserve space for future green-house or storage sheds Deliverables 1. Scaled site plan (metric, PDF + editable CAD). 2. Tabulated measurements for every segment, radius, and elevation point. 3. Simple planting-zone overlay distinguishing flower/ornamental areas from tree/shrub blocks. 4. Short design note explaining key dimensions and any assumptions made. Acceptance criteria • Total area shown equals or exceeds 1 000 m². • All dimensions labelled to the nearest centimetre. • Flower/ornamental zones and tree/shrub zones colour-coded or hatched differently. • Files open correctly in AutoCAD or similar software and print clearly at A2 size.
