Joinery concept images, CAD drawings & 3D Renders

I’m preparing a package of bespoke joinery pieces for a modern interior and need a full set of drawings and visuals that flow from early concept through to fabrication. The scope covers four items: • a feature bar with a marble top, integrated appliances and concealed lighting • a glass-fronted window shelving unit sized to display bottles • contemporary fireplace cladding • a frameless glass staircase balustrade What I’ll need from you, step by step, is: 1. Concept sketches that explore proportions, joints and fixing methods. 2. Dimensioned 2D CAD plans, elevations and sections ready for manufacture (DWG or DXF). 3. Clean 3D models (preferably in Rhino, SketchUp or SolidWorks—whichever you’re fastest with) that match the 2D set. 4. Photorealistic renders that hero the key materials: marble, glass and wood as the primary finishes, with metal, copper, brass and bronze accents clearly legible in texture and reflection. Lighting, reflections and edge treatments should reinforce the modern aesthetic chosen for the project. Final deliverables will be native files plus exports (PDFs for drawings, OBJ/STEP for models, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders at 4K). Everything must hold true to real-world dimensions; I’ll be checking fit against site measurements before sign-off. If you’re comfortable iterating quickly on details like shadow gaps, mitres and fixing points, and can keep material realism front-and-centre, we’ll work smoothly together. I’m ready to share initial sketches, appliance specs and site photos as soon as we start.
