We are seeking a dedicated team of mechanical and/or structural engineers to produce high-quality, manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings for custom skatepark elements (quarter pipes, ramps, frames, and similar welded steel structures). Work follows a clear workflow: Assembly drawings → Welding drawings → Single-part fabrication drawings, complete with Bills of Materials, descriptive part numbering, weld symbols, dimensions, tolerances, and professional title blocks. We provide 3D models and reference example drawings so the team can match our exact format, layout, and presentation standards for shop-floor use. Team Requirements: We are looking for a cohesive engineering team where all members can commit a minimum of 7 hours per day during active projects. We prefer balanced teams with multiple fully dedicated engineers rather than a single lead supported by part-time resources. Strong, direct collaboration is essential. The entire proposed team should be actively involved in technical discussions, feedback, and regular progress updates so we can maintain alignment and resolve questions quickly with the right expertise. Good availability during CET business hours (ideally 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CET, with some flexibility) is important for timely communication. To Apply – Mandatory: Please include in your proposal: * 2–3 recent examples of complete 2D production drawing packages (PDF) showing assembly, welding, and detail drawings with BOMs, weld details, and professional formatting. * Short overview of your team composition and confirmation that core members can dedicate at least 7 hours daily. * Confirmation of CET availability for collaboration. * Software used (Fusion 360 preferred, but can also use Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.) and any relevant experience with structural steel or custom fabrication projects.
