Modify Drawings for Planning

I have an approved set of architectural drawings for a self-build residential project (UK). I require a CAD technician (not architect) to make minor updates to existing drawings for planning submission purposes. Scope of work Updates required include: 1. ASHP relocation Move Air Source Heat Pump from garden to flat roof Update on: Roof plan Site plan Relevant elevations 2. Landscaping drawings update Remove any external lighting indications Add simple notes such as: “soft landscaping / planting area” “mixed planting beds” Minor adjustment to patio / paving 3. General updates Ensure drawings are consistent across the set No redesign required No planning strategy required Important note This is NOT a design project. All changes are minor amendments to an already approved scheme. Deliverables Updated drawings in PDF (DWG preferred if available) Please confirm Experience with UK planning drawings Estimated fee Turnaround time This is a small amendment task and should be straightforward for someone familiar with CAD.
