I need construction-ready CAD drawings for a four-level modern residence (ground, two upper floors and a penthouse) to be delivered in clearly defined phases. To make sure we are a good fit, the first milestone is a test run: you will draft only the ground floor. Once that drawing is confirmed perfect, the next floors move forward with proportionate payments released after each successful submission. Ground floor acceptance criteria • Plot dimensions must read exactly 27.9 ft × 65 ft – no rounding. • Draw and label the horizontal and vertical centre axes, then mark the precise centre point where they intersect. • From that centre, set out an 8 ft × 8 ft Brahmasthan and keep all columns outside this sacred zone. • Provide a full column-and-beam layout that meets standard residential building codes. • Output must be a construction-ready plan, not a presentation sheet. Deliverables per phase • Clean, editable DWG file • Matching PDF Before I award the project please include, in a sentence or two, (1) how you locate and set the true centre on the given plot dimensions and (2) the method you follow to establish and protect the Brahmasthan. Only experienced CAD professionals who can demonstrate this level of precision should apply.
