The scope is limited to plan-view and elevation sheets only—no 3-D modeling or presentation graphics—just the precise, code-compliant information the reviewers expect. Your seal and signature must be valid in the United States and acceptable to the county authority having jurisdiction; a digital stamp is fine if it meets their requirements. I will supply any existing sketches, specifications, or site photos you need as soon as we start. Turnaround time is important, so please outline how long you will need for the first draft and any follow-up revisions the county may request.
