I need a complete interior layout for an 8-storey commercial office building on Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. Each floor offers roughly 3,600 sq ft and I want every square foot to work hard without feeling cramped. Scope of work • Workspaces – open office concept • Meeting rooms • Common areas – reception, pantries, water stations etc My priority is employee comfort: intuitive flow, good lighting, ergonomic furniture and easy maintenance. The aesthetic can stay understated; function matters more than flashy finishes, so think clean lines, durable materials and a palette that ages well. Deliverables 1.
