Hi! A well-resolved traditional floor plan — home office, gym and games room on the ground floor, master suite with his-and-hers walk-ins and three additional bedrooms upstairs, two staircases, generous natural light — is exactly the kind of spatial planning brief I enjoy working through. I'd develop the plan in AutoCAD, starting with the ground floor circulation logic and making sure the back staircase from the mud room and the main entrance staircase both flow naturally without creating dead corridors upstairs. Large windows I'd position to maximise morning light in the bedrooms and afternoon light in the family room. Before I start I'd need two things from you: the overall site dimensions or any footprint constraints, and the architect's plans you mentioned so I can use the wall measurements as the base.
