Wedding House Storage Building Plans

I need a drawing/construction set (floor plan & E/N/S elevations) for a small structure that will function strictly as storage for food, beverages, and event equipment. The building footprint is 22’ × 25’ (long axis east–west) and the west wall sits tight against an existing structure. Foundation • 6-inch thickened slab with an integral 16-inch-deep edge beam, 12-inch depth at the bottom, reinforced with #4 re-steel at 12” o.c. each way. Framing & Envelope • 2 × 4 × 10 ft exterior walls sheathed in ½-inch OSB. • 2 × 6 rafters at 16” o.c. with 6” eave overhangs and ½-inch OSB roof sheathing. • Siding still to be determined, so show a generic lap or panel system that can be swapped later. Openings • One 30 × 68 steel in-swing door at the west end of the south elevation. • One 9’ × 10’ overhead garage door on the east elevation, left side. Climate Control Storage will be conditioned with an 18 k BTU ductless mini-split; place the indoor head centered on the east wall at 8 ft A.F.F. Allow for both temperature and humidity control in the notes. Scale & Location Plans must read at ¼” = 1’-0” and be suitable for submission in Texas. Deliverables • Architectural floor plan, roof plan, and all four elevations • Slab and framing plans with schedules, notes, and connection details • Building sections and wall/roof details adequate for construction • Basic MEP sheet indicating the mini-split location, line-set routing, and electrical rough-ins • Sheet set in PDF format Please reference the specs above exactly; anything unspecified can be handled with standard best practice details that satisfy 2021 IBC/IRC.
