I need a skilled photographer to capture 1–5 residential properties for marketing and listing purposes. Each home will require a full set of high-resolution, professionally edited images that showcase both interior and exterior features in the best possible light. While the brief is centred on standard still photography, I’m open to your creative input—if you can also offer aerial drone angles or 360-degree room views, feel free to mention how you’d weave those extras into the shoot. Please outline: • Your experience with residential real-estate photography • The equipment you’ll bring (camera body, lenses, lighting; drone or 360 gear if applicable) • Turnaround time for delivery of the final, retouched images in web-ready and print-ready formats Images must be colour-accurate, well-lit, and free of distortion so they stand out on listing sites and in printed brochures.
