3D animation needed

3D ANIMATION OF A STADIUM WITH FANS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE STADIUM

I am looking for a 3D designer who can design and deliver a high-quality 3D model of a city with a focus on a soccer stadium, along with its surroundings and fans enjoying the game. Your design is intended to be used in a slide presentation to show the fly-over and fly-through of a stadium, to show the in-stadium mobile fan experience, for say, a soccer match.

Here are the requirements.

1. 3D animations of specific stadiums (once you are awarded the project, I will let you know which stadiums).

2. Fans arriving at the stadium, fans walking around the stadium, fans purchasing food inside the stadium, fans cheering on their team, fans experiencing the stadium.
