3D character animation for meditation video

I have a 3d character rigged and rendered in blender (images attached) that I'd like to animate and create an animation video for. The audio I have is a guided meditation for kids, link to audio below:

Along with animating the character, I'd like someone to create a (low poly is fine) 3d animated background (flowers, garden, etc. scenes) based on the audio link above to match the wordings. The blender file I have is just the character and only parts of the video will show this character animated.
Someone with the ability to make minor changes to the character design if and when needed would be preferred.
Once the video is complete, I'd like the final working and blender files sent to me along with the video.
