Make a short 3d Scene with available files of Blender

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a short 3D scene using available files from Blender.
It's an already completed job but needs another scene. The previous artist is unwell.
Here is what I'm looking to capture. when the tip removes a section of TM it often creates a stringy section that then gets sucked into the blade opening. Can you create an animation showing the blade sweeping the TM backing out to reveal the stringy section of TM and then the blade sucking the section up?
