Realistic Industrial Building 3D Renderings

I already have the wireframe drawing and a small set of reference photos for a metal industrial building. Using these files, I need a fully textured, photo-realistic 3D model lit with neutral, natural daylight and presented against a plain studio-style background. Once the model is approved, please deliver eight high-resolution stills (minimum 4 K PNG or JPG) from the following camera angles: • front • left quarter • left side • left rear quarter • rear • right rear quarter • right side • right front quarter Please reference the attached images, image 4 is the goal, but we would like to add the windows in the second story from image 3. Please note i would like to include yellow pylons on both sides of the roll up bay doors. The surfaces must read convincingly—the corrugated metal skin, flashing, trim, roof panels, doors, windows, and any visible fasteners should carry appropriate PBR materials so close-up crops hold up without extra post work. Reflections, shadows, and overall lighting should match an outdoor midday HDRI; no interior or stylised lighting is required. A simple ground plane for contact shadows is fine, but please keep the background plain. I’ll supply the DWG/PDF wireframe and the photos as soon as we start. You’re free to build in Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Cinema 4D, SketchUp + Enscape—whichever pipeline gets us the most realistic result. Deliverables will be: the eight final images, the editable scene file with textures, and a brief note on render settings so I can reproduce the shots if needed later.
