3D Construction Visualization Render

I have an AutoCAD (.dwg) file of a survey of my building lot which contains contour data, a 2-D hand sketched floor plan for a single-family house and a photo of a similar but smaller house that I'm trying to model this house after. From these drawings I need a floor plan and clean 3-D model that shows only the essential structure and layout—no high-poly furniture, photo-real textures, or elaborate landscaping. The sole purpose is visualization for determining building placement on the site and overall house appearance and subsequent construction, so accuracy of wall heights, roof slopes, window and door positions, and site grading matters more than cinematic realism. I will be building the structure myself, so the layouts and visualizations are for my own personal use. Please generate: 1. A workable 3-D model (any common format such as SKP, FBX, or RVT is fine, as long as it opens correctly with layers intact) 2. Two high-resolution stills: one straight-on front view and one isometric view that captures the overall massing and basic site contours 3. A cleaned-up floor plan with dimensions 4. Advice on which (ideally free) viewer is best for viewing the output files. I’ll supply the .dwg files, photos and my hand drawn floor plan immediately after award along with any clarifying dimensions not already in the drawings. I have not attempted a project like this before, so I may need a little extra guidance as to whether I am asking for what I think I'm asking for. My goal is to get relatively simple illustrations of how the house sits on the lot. I am not in a rush, so timing is flexible.
