Modern Residential 3D Architect

I’m building a young practice and need an architect who can jump in on a project-by-project basis. Every assignment is strictly residential and leans toward a clean, modern aesthetic: open floor plans, plenty of breathing room, and minimalist interiors that still feel warm and livable. Here’s the typical workflow. I hand over the site layout, the client’s wish list, and any municipal constraints. You study the brief, translate it into a smart space plan, and then develop the concept into polished 3D visuals that help the client fall in love with the design. If you prefer working in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or even Blender, that’s fine—as long as the end result is accurate, presentation-ready, and easy to revise. Deliverables for each project • 2D floor plan(s) mapped to the provided layout • Photorealistic or stylized 3D renderings (interior and exterior as required) • Source files in the software you use • Up to three rounds of client-driven revisions Turnaround times and scope vary, so let me know your availability and the toolset you’re most comfortable with.
