I have a set of stainless-steel pressure pipe spools that now need complete fabrication documentation. The goal is to turn my design data into detailed shop drawings that can go straight to the workshop floor, fully aligned with ASME requirements. Scope of work You will take the supplied model sketches and pipe schedules (or request the missing inputs you need) and transform them into fabrication-ready drawings. Every sheet must spell out the cut lengths, weld preparations, and fit-up details so a fabricator can build each spool without additional clarification. Key expectations • Drawings must be ASME-compliant throughout—dimensions, notes, tolerances, welding symbols, and material call-outs. • Provide full assembly instructions, including an itemised parts list/BOM for every spool. • Clearly label all welds, joints, and test points, with corresponding weld maps where appropriate. • Include orthographic views, enlarged details, and any isometric snippets necessary for clarity, but the primary deliverable remains the detailed shop drawing package. • Output in both PDF for issue and the original CAD format (DWG or SolidWorks, whichever we agree on). Acceptance criteria The package will be reviewed against the model data and checked for ASME annotation correctness. A drawing passes when a fabricator can fabricate and QC can inspect the spool using nothing but the issued sheets. If your background is in pressure-piping fabrication drafting and you are comfortable meeting ASME conventions, I look forward to collaborating and turning this around quickly.
