I am developing a CPR simulator and need a skilled CAD designer to turn my concept into production-ready files. The core of the project is a realistic pregnant manikin that presents lifelike anatomy so learners can practice correct hand placement, depth, and rhythm without distractions. We will refine the external form to mirror an adult torso, create an internal cavity that can later house electronics and a compression mechanism, and split the body into manufacturable sections that can be 3-D printed or molded. Close attention to wall thickness, draft angles, fastener locations, and future sensor mounts is essential so we do not have to re-work the model at tooling stage. Preferred tools are SolidWorks or Fusion 360, but I can work with any platform that exports STEP and IGES. Collaboration will happen over shared screenshots or short video calls as required; I will supply sketches, anthropometric references, and target compression characteristics on kickoff. Deliverables • Parametric CAD assembly of the complete manikin • Individual part files ready for rapid prototyping • Exploded view and basic assembly drawing (PDF) • Neutral files: .STEP and .IGES The design is considered complete once the manikin’s outer geometry accurately reflects pregnancy anatomy and all parts fit together without interference in a virtual assembly check.
