I’m looking for a skilled 3D CAD and visualization specialist to create a high-quality exterior model of a proposed district heating facility. The project includes: Creating a 3D CAD model of the facility - Modeling two main components: Electric boiler & Heat accumulation tank - Placing the model accurately on a specific landscape location (reference sketch provided) - Producing up to 5 photorealistic visualizations for municipal review and potential neighbor consultation - Working with initial sketches that may change during the process Deliverables: - Full 3D CAD model (exterior only) - 5 photorealistic renders - Source files and final images in high resolution

Hi! I have experience with 3D CAD modeling and visualization, and I’d love to work on this project. I’ve worked on a similar project before, and I’m happy to share examples if you’d like. I’ll provide the full 3D CAD model, high-res photorealistic renders, and the editable source files.
