I need a complete product design for a professional-grade chiropractic therapy table built primarily from carbon steel. The end goal is a manufacturable, ergonomic piece of equipment that looks clean in a clinic and stands up to daily, heavy-duty use. Here is what I’m after: • A full 3D CAD model (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or comparable) that shows every structural, moving and contact component. • Detailed fabrication drawings with accurate dimensions, tolerances and welding notes, ready for a metal shop or CNC service. • An exploded view or assembly guide so production and maintenance teams can see exactly how everything fits together. Functional features such as adjustable height, built-in heating or rolling massage sections were not locked in during the brief, so please feel free to propose mechanisms you believe will enhance patient comfort while keeping the frame strong and stable.
