I need a complete dispensing-tray mechanism that can accurately feed medium-sized tablets or capsules into a form-fill-seal (FFS) machine. The tray must present 60 individual cavities 6 rows x 10 column in a single cycle, synchronising smoothly with the film index so every pocket in the web receives exactly one product without jams, doubles, or dust generation. I will provide the machine’s pitch, available footprint, and timing diagram once we start. What I expect from you is a production-ready mechanical concept, including the counting or singulation method, cavity geometry, drive selection, and any change-part ideas that keep future size variations straightforward. Please work in mainstream CAD—SolidWorks or Inventor is ideal—because I will import the native files into our plant library. Drawings must follow ISO tolerances, and any purchased components should reference real catalogue numbers so procurement is hassle-free. Deliverables and acceptance criteria: • 3D CAD assembly and fully detailed 2D prints for the tray, frame, and motion components. • Bill of Materials with supplier links for off-the-shelf parts. • Simple simulation or video showing tablets/capsules being indexed through all 60 cavities without collision. • A brief maintenance and cleaning note set, focusing on GMP considerations. If the design meets these points and integrates on my end without modification, I will consider the project successfully closed and release final approval.
