CNC Ready 3D Modeling from PDF

Modern Side Table: PDF to 3D STL files for use with Vectric VCarve Pro software for CNC router machining: I need the attached PDF converted into individual 3D STL files for CNC router machining. Please follow these technical requirements strictly: 1. Joinery Modeling: Tenons: Do NOT model the loose Domino tenons. Mortises: Model the mortises (pockets) as subtracted voids in the legs, rails and blocks (p. 3). Crucial: Ensure the mortise depth with width match the 10x50 and 6x40 specs in the plan (For example: 25mm deep in the legs, 28mm deep in the rails (pp.2-3). Angles and Depth: Upper Rails/Block: 5.7 degree angle. Lower Rails/Block: 2.6 degree angle. Depths: Follow the metric annotations (example: 25mm, 28mm, 15mm) exactly as shown in the PDF. 2. Leg Geometry (4th Axis Rotary): Model the legs in full 3D solids (manifold/watertight 3D solids). No open meshes or single-plane surfaces. Include the "Flat Areas" specified on pages 3 and 5 where the rails meet the legs. These must be modeled precisely so the rail sits flush against the curved leg (pp.3, 5). These flats must blend smoothly back into the leg's curve. Orientation: Align the 20" length of the legs along the Y-Axis of the STL file for rotary wrapping. 3. Scale and Units: All parts must be at 1:1 Real-World Scale Export units: Inches 4. Delivery Format: Individual STLs: One file for the Leg, one for the Upper Rail, one for the Lower Rail, etc. 2D DXF files: Provide the 2D profiles for all of the flat parts (this is much faster for me to cut than using the 3D STL for flat boards) [1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]. 5. Quality Assurance: Interference Check: Please perform a virtual assembly check in your CAD software to ensure all mortises align perfectly with the mating parts at the specified angles before exporting.
