I need a detailed set of drawings for a concrete retaining wall that will also serve as a fence line along my property. The wall will stand somewhere between three and six feet high, so the plans must clearly show footing depth, stem thickness, and any step-downs necessary to follow minor grade changes. Because I want this structure to perform well for decades, please integrate both a perforated‐pipe drainage system and the reinforcement schedule you would normally specify for a wall of this height. I will supply site photos, basic measurements, and a rough sketch of the proposed alignment as soon as the project starts. From that, I’m expecting construction‐ready documents produced in CAD and delivered as both editable DWG and print-ready PDF.
