Hi Sir I have experience on manufacturing and mechanical design. i used SOlidworks/OnShape to do this design, and latter on i can provide you some manufacturing files to make the prototype. I have experience working with 3D printer, CNC mill, lathe, sheet metal fabrication, GDNT, etc. IMO these are some concerns about this project - the bloc could be made of 2 half parts with hole on the horizontal center half holes, so when it is assembled, it create fully circular hole. - the blade can be inserted from the side, so when we change the blade, we don't need to dissemble the tools, we need kind of blade clamp with thumb screw or Allen key screw - better to have mounting holes on the base plate, so we could attach it as needed.
