I have a handheld-device enclosure already sketched as a STEP/IGES surface model. Its job is to protect sensitive electronics, but right now the file is only a collection of open surfaces. I need the model cleaned up, all surfaces blended properly, and turned into a closed, watertight solid that is ready for manufacturing. The main pain points are the rough transitions left over from the industrial-design phase. I’m looking for someone who can smooth those areas without altering the overall dimensions or mounting features, then knit everything into a single solid body. Deliverables • Corrected, fully closed solid model in the same STEP/IGES format • Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) that shows the surface fixes and solid conversion history • Quick screen grab or markup highlighting where changes were made, so I can track revisions Acceptance criteria: the file must import into SolidWorks with zero surface errors, report as a single solid body, and pass a standard draft-analysis check for injection moulding.
