Dimensions & Mechanics • Sweep Diameter: 25 cm - 30 cm. • Structure: Dual-blade design (or single-blade with dynamic counterweight if engineered correctly). • Motor: Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor is mandatory. • Requirement: Must be quiet and durable. Brushed motors are not accepted due to noise and wear during 24/7 operation. • Safety: The design should include mounting points for a potential acrylic protective casing. 3. Power System (Critical) • Power Source: Mains powered (DC 12V or 5V via wall adapter). NO BATTERIES. • Power Transmission to Rotor: • Essential Requirement: Implementation of a Slip Ring or Inductive Wireless Power Transfer. • The device must allow for infinite rotation without cable tangling. 4. Visualization (LEDs) • Assembly: Due to the compact size (25cm), a custom rigid PCB design is required. • Note: Adhesive LED strips on plastic blades are not acceptable. We require a professional, slim finish using SMD LEDs (e.g., 2020 or 3528 package). • Resolution: Minimum 224 pixels along the diameter. 5. Electronics & Control • Microcontroller: ESP32. • Reason: To enable a local web server/access point for updating text or logos via Wi-Fi without removing an SD card. • Synchronization: Hall Effect sensor or Optical Encoder/Interrupter to establish the "zero point" and stabilize the image. 6. Deliverables 1. PCB Files: Gerber files for manufacturing. 2. Mechanical Files: 3D CAD files (STEP/STL) for the motor mount, chassis, and rotor. 3.
