I have an initial CAD model for a biomechanical hoof-protection shoe and now need it refined for real-world 3D-printed prototyping. The single most important improvement is a heel expansion flex zone that delivers a controlled 2–4 mm of movement under load. This flex feature must run across both heels and taper slightly toward the frog so the hoof can widen naturally without compromising strength on rocky ground. Beyond that critical zone, I also want you to: refine the frog relief, introduce a smooth toe rocker for easier break-over, carve a subtle concave sole contour, and generally lighten and reinforce the structure so it survives repeated impact when printed in TPU or flexible nylon. The updated geometry has to remain friendly to FDM or SLS printing, with clean overhangs and rational wall thicknesses.
