I’ve designed parts for rocket engines (yes, really) and outdoor lifting systems. Not the same as a consumer mould, but I know how to keep geometry clean and manufacturable. I also use SolidWorks and Fusion 360 daily – no learning curve. Here’s what I understood you need: · A rough 3D concept of the injection mould – core, cavity, parting lines · No fancy surfaces or tiny details · STEP or IGES file · Maybe a quick screen‑share to explain my thinking I can do that in 7 days. Maybe less if your sketches are clear. My process would be: 1. Look at your photos and sketches. Ask you maybe 2–3 clarifying questions. 2. Rough out the outer shape – keep it simple, consumer‑friendly. 3. Split into core and cavity. Pick a parting line that makes sense. 4. Add draft where I can (3–5 degrees usually works). 5.
