The selected Naval Architect or Marine Designer shall develop the hull, structural arrangement, self-draining deck, bow fishing platform, storage compartments, future systems provisions, and all CNC-ready files required for fabrication. The final deliverable shall allow construction of the hull and primary structure without requiring major redesigns or structural modifications during later outfitting stages. 2.
