My next step is to pin down the complete motion stack—motors, actuators, sensors and an appropriate control strategy—and I need a mechanical automation specialist to guide this selection with solid calculations, practical component choices and integration notes. You will receive 3-D CAD files, preliminary load data and the cycle sequence I need. From there, I want stress-free, vendor-ready documentation that lets my fabricator order parts and my electrician wire the cabinet without guesswork. Deliverables • Sizing calculations for each axis (mass, acceleration, duty cycle, safety factor) • Recommended motor/actuator part numbers with supplier links • Sensor suite and placement diagram for position, limit and safety feedback • Control architecture overview (PLC or microcontroller, I/O list, network protocol) • Basic wiring schematic and BOM in spreadsheet form • Short commissioning guide outlining homing routine and calibration steps I prefer common, widely-available components—think NEMA stepper or compact servo, ISO pneumatic slides, standard inductive or optical sensors—but I am open to your expertise if another solution makes better sense.
