I have point-cloud scans of an existing facility and need complete Scan-to-BIM modeling in Revit. The scope covers: • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Architectural elements required for proper coordination I’m looking for Revit models delivered at LOD 300 for the general layout and LOD 350 where component detail and accurate fabrication data are essential.
